Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure proper management of daily operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and appraise staff.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order necessary items.
• Complete and report updates to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established guidelines and SOP.
