Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc. at Fun Nation Amusement Center in Palo, Leyte, seeks a Store In-charge to assist the Store Supervisor in achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth daily operations.

In the absence of the Store Supervisor, you will act as Store In-charge, drive customer service, and coordinate with support groups to meet plans. A candidate with an Associate Degree in Management and 6–12 months of experience in business and people management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in management required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business and people management.
• Experience in an amusement center preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic computer and machine repair/maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Supervisor in achieving business targets through daily operations.
• Act as Store In-charge when the Store Supervisor is unavailable.
• Achieve 100% of store sales plans through proper planning and communication with key support groups.
• Implement sales-building strategies and provide feedback on sales performance.
• Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by adhering to set customer service standards.
• Timely and consistent compliance with documentation and reporting as instructed by superiors.
