Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support store development projects by applying IE principles to optimize layouts, space utilization, workflows, and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Store Development, Construction, Operations, Merchandising, and Business Units to ensure successful openings, relocations, renovations, and specials in line with objectives and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with store planning, layouts, and space optimization is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of store openings, relocations, renovations, and enhancements.
• Develop and review store layouts, floor plans, and space allocations to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure designs meet standards, requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders during projects.
• Analyze workflows, store operations, and capacity to identify improvements.
• Prepare reports and provide status updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement in Store Development and Planning.
