Customer Service:

  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: Warmly welcoming customers, answering questions, and offering assistance in finding products.

  • Providing Product Information: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

  • Handling Transactions: Operating cash registers, processing payments (cash, credit cards, etc.), and handling returns or exchanges.

  • Resolving Issues: Addressing customer complaints or concerns and finding appropriate solutions.

  • Recommending Products: Suggesting items based on customer needs and preferences.

Store Operations:

  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the store is clean and organized, including shelves, displays, and common areas.

  • Stocking Shelves: Unpacking and organizing merchandise, replenishing items as needed.

  • Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory counts and notifying management of low stock or shortages.

  • Following Procedures: Adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

  • Merchandising: Helping with the setup of displays, promotional materials, and window displays.

  • Basic Maintenance: Performing tasks like dusting, cleaning equipment, and changing light bulbs.

  • Cash Handling: Ensuring accurate cash register operation and balancing the cash drawer.
