Job summary

MR-DIY Philippines is seeking a cashier with POS experience to join our South Luzon team. You will perform basic math for payments, operate registers, and ensure accurate pricing and receipts.

Qualifications

• Sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in South Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
