MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Cashier for our South Luzon operations. The role focuses on accurate payments, friendly customer service, and efficient checkout procedures.

Responsibilities include operating registers, handling cash, card transactions, balancing the drawer, and maintaining a clean checkout area. A background in cashiering with POS experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any 4-year course.
• Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in South Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
