Job summary

You will print and issue sales invoices, balance the cash drawer, prepare deposits, and maintain accurate records while upholding confidentiality of login credentials. High school graduate with 6–12 months retail experience preferred; willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of cashiering or retail experience
• Knowledgeable with POS operations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong numerical aptitude and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain transaction records
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
• Receive cash, card, and digital payments
• Verify the amount received and provide the correct change
• Print and issue the Sales Invoice (SI) and payment slips
• Ensure cash fund and change fund are complete before each shift
• Balance the cash drawer and reconcile sales at shift end
• Prepare daily cash deposits and cashier reports
• Safeguard all cash, payment receipts, and cashier documents
• Maintain confidentiality of POS login credentials and cashier passwords
• Participate in cash turnover during shift changes or cashier relief
