Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Store Support role to maintain store cleanliness, security, inventory management and customer service.

You will assist in stock display, help customers, act as in-store security, participate in inventory counts, and ensure adherence to SOPs while promoting the brand.

Responsibilities

• In charge of store appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, security and store supplies
• Ensure delivered stocks are promptly checked and displayed, shelves are full and neat
• Assist in customer service by directing customers to product locations and bagging/helping carry bags to vehicles
• Act as in-store security officer; collect backpacks/bags for safekeeping
• Participate in inventory counts; help ensure accuracy of inventory reports; minimize shrinkage
• Regularly communicate with peers and superior about product levels and store operations
• Follow SOPs when depositing cash or closing the store
• Follow company policies, standards and store operating procedures at all times
• Take opportunities to promote and add value to the brand

About the role

Primarily responsible for providing support in the store in the areas of cleanliness, maintenance, security, safety, and inventory management to ensure an exceptionally positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• In charge of store appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, security and store supplies

• Ensure that delivered stocks are promptly checked and displayed, and that the store shelves always appear full and neat

• Assist in customer service by directing customers to appropriate product location and/or customer advisors, and assist in bagging and helping customers carry their shopping bags to their vehicles

• Act as in-store security officer, asking customers for their backpacks and other shopping bags to be put away in the package counter

• Participate in inventory counts, help ensure accuracy of inventory reports and keep shrinkage (expired and damaged) to a minimum through constant monitoring

• Regularly communicate with peers and immediate superior regarding product levels, customer queries and other store operational requirements

• Ensure that sensitive tasks that may be assigned, such as depositing cash or closing the store, are done strictly following the Company's SOPs

• Strictly follow company policies, standards and store operating procedures at all times

• Take every opportunity to promote and add value to the brand
