Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe is seeking a Warehouse Stockman to support its Manila operations. The role involves receiving and processing stock, picking and packing orders, shipping, and maintaining organized stock in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have at least a high school education, 1 year of warehouse experience, and be able to handle lifting and standing for extended periods. Shifts include night work, with six workdays per week at the head office in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 1 year of warehouse distribution experience.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, including night shift.
• Must be capable of frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
• Willing to report 6 days a week at our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

Job description

The Warehouse Stockman is responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing and retrieving stock.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent compliance with Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
• Ensure accurate picking and packing by verifying order details, packaging integrity, and correct quantities, while promptly reporting any damages or concerns.
• Maintain accuracy in receiving and releasing by conducting physical inspections, verifying proper identification, and ensuring items/batches are approved by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Drive operational efficiency by participating in achieving warehouse targets and strictly adhering to all implemented policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Positively embrace change, adjust priorities, and perform varied tasks effectively, while maintaining communication with integrity through honesty, fostering positive relationships, and taking responsibility for words and actions.
