Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock handling is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is essential.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality of items received.
• Unpack deliveries and verify products against packing lists, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of stocks according to company standards and food safety guidelines.
• Count and monitor inventory levels to maintain accurate stock records.
• Label items with expiration dates, delivery dates, and product tags for inventory tracking.
• Monitor and record stock movement, including incoming and outgoing items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, stockrooms, and inventory sections.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff regarding stock availability and replenishment needs.
• Assist in minimizing inventory discrepancies, spoilage, and product loss.
• Follow workplace safety, sanitation, and inventory procedures at all times.
