Wilcon Depot, Inc is seeking an Inventory Audit Analyst for the Visayas region, based at Mandaue City, Cebu. The role focuses on conducting quarterly stock audits in assigned stores and reconciling variances.

You will record quantities using system sheets and Excel templates, update system records after audit findings, and prepare reports for supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome; travel is required for store audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, AIS, or related business course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and willing to travel for stores audit.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quarterly stock audits in assigned stores.
• Record and verify item quantities using system sheets and Excel templates.
• Identify, report, and reconcile inventory vacancies.
• Prepare and submit Stock Audit Reports for supervisor validation.
• Update the system records based on approved audit findings.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
