Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee station operations in Pampanga.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, enhancing customer service, and safeguarding assets while managing the workforce according to company policies. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year in a supervisory role, is trainable, and free of visible tattoos, with flexibility to be assigned to nearby stations and work Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4 year-course or higher.
• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience.
• Trainable and trustworthy.
• No visible tattoo.
• Willing to be assigned to nearby stations.
• Willing to work Mondays-Saturdays.
• Willingness to undergo training/assessment prior deployment (with assessment allowance).

• Standard Operations and Compliance: Ensure stations' processes conform to company standards.
• Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Safety and Security: Keep station hazard-free and protect company assets, workforce, and customers.
• Manpower Management: Maintain a skilled workforce aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standard Operations and Compliance Ensure that all stations' processes and activities conforms to company standards.
• Customer Service Ensure that Customer Satisfaction are met by delivering excellent Customer Service.
• Safety and Security Ensure that station is hazard free and exercises security measures to protect the company assets, workforce, and its customers.
• Manpower Management Ensure that the station has an appropriate and skilled workforce that conforms to the company policies and procedures of running its operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 year-course
• Preferably with atleast 6 months to 1 year experience in supervisory role
• Trainable and trustworthy
• No visible tattoo
• Willing to be assigned in other nearby stations
• Willing to work Mondays-Saturdays
• Must be willing to go through training/assessment prior deployment (With assessment allowance)
