Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Safety and Security Personnel to maintain safety, security, peace, and order within the Station, its personnel, facilities, equipment, and properties.

Responsibilities include hourly patrols, inspections, securing doors and exits, monitoring restricted areas, reporting incidents, and assisting during emergencies. The role requires vigilance, discipline, and the ability to respond promptly to security concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: college level.
• At least 2–3 years in security operations or related roles.
• Capable of regular patrols and extended standing/walking.
• Alert, responsible, trustworthy and disciplined.
• Good observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duty.
• Security license or relevant training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station.
• Conduct hourly patrols and regular inspections of the premises.
• Check doors, windows, gates, and exits to ensure they are properly secured.
• Monitor restricted areas, including Electrical, Locker, Storage Rooms, Staff House, and Sales Office.
• Prevent and report any unauthorized or unlawful entry.
• Stay alert and immediately report suspicious persons, activities, or incidents.
• Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.
