SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Station Head for its Sayre, Bukidnon gas station to oversee daily operations and lead a team. The role focuses on compliance with company standards, cash and inventory management, and accurate performance ratings.

What is this role about?

This role will ensure the proper operation of the assigned station as well as supervise a team of station personnel with regards to training and performance. This person will also be responsible for managing product inventory and transactions of the station.
