SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Station Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned SEAOIL gas station in Malungon, Sarangani. You will supervise a team, manage product inventory, and ensure adherence to company standards to ensure smooth station performance.

The role requires willingness to work weekends (half-day Saturday) and relocation to Malungon, Sarangani. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with focus on safety and customer service excellence.

What is this role about?

This role will ensure the proper operation of the assigned station as well as supervise a team of station personnel with regards to training and performance. This person will also be responsible for managing product inventory and transactions of the station.
