TTEC Philippines in Sta. Rosa, Laguna is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team. You will help customers by answering inquiries, guiding product information, and resolving issues with care and a smile.

Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm at 2nd Floor, Robinsons Sta. Rosa,Brgy.Tagapo, Old National Highway, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Answer incoming communications from customers

• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

• Open to candidates with a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college education.

• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates of the old curriculum

• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge

• Computer experience
