Golden Snake Solutions Inc. is a fast-growing, people-driven organization seeking a creative Digital Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visuals for digital marketing, branding, editorial design, and publishing projects.

You will transform rough briefs into polished outputs and collaborate across teams to deliver on deadlines. You must be able to work on-site in Cebu City and on a night shift schedule, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as Graphic Designer or Visual Designer.
• Strong portfolio showing typography, layout, color theory and branding.
• High proficiency in at least one professional design tool with attention to detail.
• Open to feedback, good time-management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• On-site in Cebu City and night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, emails, banners, websites, and sales materials.
• Develop presentation decks, marketing materials, and editorial layouts with brand consistency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will produce high-quality visual content across digital, marketing, advertising, and publishing projects.

• Digital & Marketing Assets: Create engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, banners, websites, and sales materials.

• Branding & Layouts: Develop presentation decks, marketing materials, and publication/editorial layouts while maintaining strict brand consistency.

• Content Enhancement: Retouch images, create custom illustrations/icons, and adapt assets into various formats and sizes across platforms.

• Project Workflow: Collaborate closely with marketing, publishing, and operations teams to translate creative briefs into polished deliverables on deadline.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.

• Execution: High proficiency in at least one professional design tool, coupled with acute attention to detail.

• Soft Skills: Open to feedback and revisions, strong time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Location and Schedule: Must be able to work on-site in Cebu City and on a night shift schedule.

Software & Tools: We are tool-flexible. Whether you prefer Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, Affinity, or CorelDRAW, we care about your visual output—not the specific program you use.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):

• Experience in publishing, book cover/interior design, print production, or editorial layouts.

• Familiarity with print specifications (trim, bleed, margins) or platforms like Amazon KDP/IngramSpark.

• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills.
