Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Batangas City, Philippines seeks an experienced Production Operations Manager for the Stamping Department. You will lead stamping processes, drive lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while optimizing cost and equipment efficiency.

You will guide cross-functional teams, implement 5S+1 and continuous-improvement programs, and develop KPI-driven reporting to sustain plant performance."

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years of stamping industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related.
• Strong knowledge of stamping processes and equipment management.
• Familiarity with TEOA or lean manufacturing tools.
• Experience leading continuous-improvement projects.
• Excellent team leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day stamping department operations to meet production plans and customer delivery requirements.
• Plan resources, monitor progress, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Chair GO, production and operational reviews; track performance vs targets.
• Monitor production data and metrics; drive improvements and corrective actions.
• Review and approve production documents, work instructions, and processes.
• Drive continuous-improvement projects (OEE, COPQ, VSM, automation).
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and optimize labor, equipment, and materials.
• Develop and cascade KPI targets; report progress to management.
• Coach supervisors and enhance team capabilities and engagement.
