LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking a Staging Operator for an on-site role in Aurora, OH. The position focuses on coordinating and preparing materials for production, maintaining organization, and ensuring accuracy against specifications.

A strong eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Responsibilities include following 3D models to install final parts, using standard hand tools, staging materials for final packaging, and maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• Previous staging, material handling, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (drill, wrench, screwdrivers).
• Basic computer skills (web, email).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to multitask and maintain dexterity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare materials for production per 3D models and instructions.
• Sort and stage material for final packaging.
• Assemble wood pallets as required.
• Verify material quantities against specifications received.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep staging area clean and organized.
• Assist in other material handling tasks as needed.

Position Description

Staging Operator

The Staging Operator at LayerZero Power Systems LLC. will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components for production while ensuring they are properly organized and ready for uses strong organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Follow 3D model to install final parts (i.e. cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinets
• Use standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) to complete tasks assigned
• Sort and stage material to be used at final packaging station
• Assemble wood pallets as required
• Verify the accuracy of the materials and components received by comparing them to the specifications provided
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean and organized staging area
• Assists in other tasks related to material handling and inventory control as needed
• Standing for extended periods of time also will be bending, squatting, kneeling, or climbing a stepladder

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (i.e. web browser, email)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and types of materials/components
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination

Education

High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred.
