Job summary

Netskope, Inc. is hiring a Staff Software Development Engineer in Test for the SWG team in a high‑scale cloud security environment. You will design and implement automated test frameworks, contribute to test strategy, and own quality across inline network security features.

As a senior member, you will collaborate with product, development, and SRE teams to ensure end-to-end coverage, guide testing efforts, and mentor juniors. Strong Python, UI testing, and CI/CD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on testing and automation for Web Inline Network Security.
• Experience with SWG, NGFW, IPS/IDS, and related security platforms.
• Strong Python and Web UI testing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans and strategy documents; align with product and dev teams.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Own quality decisions and end-to-end testing from features to production.
• Participate in on-call rotations and investigate incidents.
