The role requires experience with C/C++, Python or Java, and hands-on work with ATE platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient test methods and cost-optimized solutions.

Qualifikationen

• BSEE / BSECE with minimum 8 yrs of experience in Analog, Mixed Signal, Digital space.
• Experience working with ATE platforms.
• Proficient in C/C++, Python, Java.
• Strong statistics and data-analysis skills.

Aufgaben

• Own cost reduction and entitlement activities across all AMG products.
• Generate daily/weekly automated data analysis reports (e.g., eGAP, cWATY, Scrap).
• Own customer RMA activities and post-RMA disposition including EFA/PFA.
• Interface with FAB, Assembly, and factory Test teams for yield improvements.
• Drive cost reduction activities such as burn-in reduction and test flow optimization.
• Collaborate with Program Management, QE, Design, and Bench FW Development Engineers.
• Update/modify existing code to improve efficiency and reduce test cost.
• Work with ATE system architecture (ETS800, T2K, IFlex) and vendors.
