Job summary

Emerson is seeking an Application Developer to grow and contribute to enterprise-grade asset management platforms, including MyAssets and FDDH. You will work on Python FastAPI backends, React UIs, and REST API integrations for a global automation technology leader.

You will collaborate with a Senior Developer to deliver features, write clean code, and participate in Agile ceremonies and production releases using Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python FastAPI for backend services.
• Strong React.js front-end development skills.
• Experience with PostgreSQL queries, migrations and data models.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python FastAPI backend services for MyAssets, FDDH and docs APIs.
• Develop React front-end components with state management and responsive UI.
• Integrate with FastAPI backend via REST APIs and third‑party vendors.
• Manage PostgreSQL schemas, migrations and data quality.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
