Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day AR and AP activities.
• Process invoices, billing statements, payment requests, and other financial documents.
• Monitor customer accounts, collections, and outstanding receivables.
• Verify and record supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and vendors on accounting concerns.
