Job summary

CF Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a full-time accounting professional to manage mid-level general-ledger reconciliations, verify data accuracy, and correct errors across multiple financial processes.

The role supports financial statements, GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and revenue recognition, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting. You will work closely with executives and the team, mentoring others while driving process improvements and ensuring GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office 365; with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to mentor/lead other team members.
• Experience with financial systems, preferably Sage 100.

Responsibilities

• Handle mid-level general-ledger account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and identify and correct errors made by internal and external personnel.
