Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) / Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable software solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and availability. This role focuses on SRE practices, cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure management.

You will design and implement highly available systems, monitor health, and drive improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation.
• Expertise in performance tuning, capacity planning, and system scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions and components.
• Build and maintain highly available, reliable, and scalable systems.
• Implement automation, infrastructure as code, and performance optimization strategies.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software using agile methodologies.
