Hiring Bonus – Terms & Conditions

• Open to external candidates hired for select roles: Web Developer (Mid to Lead), Mobile Developer (Mid to Senior), and Product Owner (Junior to Lead)
• Eligible hires will receive a hiring bonus equivalent to 100% of the gross monthly salary
• Candidates must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements within the offer period
• To qualify for the hiring bonus, candidates must be able to start on or before March 31, 2026
• The hiring bonus will be paid 50% on the first payroll and 50% on the work anniversary, with any paid amount deducted from receivables or final pay if the employee resigns or is terminated before full payout.
