  • Assists in training operations and development of projects for Corporate and Casino business units.
  • Facilitates trainings and orientations as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course; preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
  • At least one (1) year experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the hospitality, gaming or customer service industry is an advantage.

The Learning and Development Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, preparation, and coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Handle logistics for training sessions (venue setup, invitations, materials, and equipment).
  • Maintain training records, attendance sheets, evaluations, and reports.
  • Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and learning aids.
  • Communicate training schedules and reminders to participants.
  • Collect feedback and prepare post-training evaluation summaries.
  • Help monitor learning and development budgets, expenses, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide administrative support in employee learning paths, certifications, and e-learning platforms.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement and development initiatives.
  • Stay updated on learning and development trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology.
  • At least 1 year of experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-learning platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
