Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Trading Support professional to monitor US equity and options trading, ensure accurate order execution, and serve as the client-facing point of contact for inquiries. The role emphasizes risk identification, cross-team collaboration, and timely escalation.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in trading or trade support, with solid knowledge of trading workflows and regulatory requirements, plus FINRA certifications as applicable.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in trading, electronic trading, or trade support preferred.
• FINRA SIE and Series 7 preferred, or willingness to obtain them after hire.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Location: Asian Century Center, BGC, Taguig. Work setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). Employment type: Full-time.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and support U.S. equity, options, and event contract trading, ensuring client activity is executed efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as a trusted first point of contact for client inquiries about order flow, trade execution, and system performance.
• Proactively identify potential trade issues and operational risks, respond with urgency, and elevate when needed.
• Partner with operations, technology, product, and compliance teams to meet client needs and improve service delivery.
• Apply your knowledge of market dynamics, trading protocols, and regulatory requirements to give clients valuable insights.
• Provide thorough, accurate updates to ensure smooth handoffs to the next shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in trading, electronic trading, or trade support preferred.
• Strong adjacent experience with clear, hands‑on results will also be considered.
• FINRA SIE and Series 7 preferred, or willingness to obtain them after hire.

What You’ll Bring

• Understanding of equity or options electronic trading, trading workflows, market microstructure, the regulatory landscape, and order management systems.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to spot potential issues and risks early and escalates them appropriately and on time.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Client‑focused mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and sense of urgency.

Nice to have: AI fluency and solid data analysis skills, including the ability to organize, manipulate, and interpret data.

Work Schedule

This role supports U.S. trading sessions on a shift basis. Available shifts (Manila time):

• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Shift assignment will be confirmed during the hiring process.
