Responsibilities

Work Location: Quezon City

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Intelligence / Data Analytics professional to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. You will partner with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and data professionals to deliver scalable BI solutions, actionable insights, reporting, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and data professionals to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions.

Lead the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of KPIs and metrics, including monthly operational reporting for senior leadership.

Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions, workflows, and process improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote self-service reporting and enable citizen developers through consultation, coaching, and knowledge transfer.

Develop automation and workflow improvement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to support data-driven decision-making through Power BI.

Stay current with data analytics best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in BI and data-driven solution development.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive experience in operations support, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analyst capacity.

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Azure Databricks, Power BI, data modelling, and relational databases within enterprise cloud environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to undergo assessments of communication, critical thinking, and technical capabilities as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing workflow enhancements and automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Knowledge of retirement products, systems, and operations.

Familiarity with retirement operations record-keeping systems, workflows, and CRM tools.

Understanding of financial services and retirement regulatory requirements.
