Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking a Supply Chain Leader in the Philippines to supervise daily operations, manage purchasing, logistics, and inventory, and drive continuous improvement across procurement and distribution functions.

You will mentor staff, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements while coordinating with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams for aligned execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and inventory management tools.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan
• With at least a year in his/her current position
