Job summary

Ampleon's Procurement team in Cabuyao, Philippines seeks a professional to lead strategic sourcing for IT, HR, Facilities, and Warehouse services. You will conduct RFx, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and drive supplier relationships for cost efficiency and compliance.

The role reports to the Director, Procurement in an international environment with diverse teams. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2–4 years procurement/sourcing experience; manufacturing/electronics preferred.
• Experience with SAP ERP and advanced Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and buying activities for general procurement services (IT, HR, Facilities, Warehouse).
• Conduct RFx processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and information gathering.
• Facilitate contract management from draft reviews to sign-off and deployment.
• Oversee procurement governance and ensure policy compliance and budgeting support.
• Manage supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation and cost savings.
• Drive cost optimization, second sourcing, spend analysis and opportunities identification.

The Procurementteam of Ampleon is based in Cabuyao. You are going to be part of the team in the Philippines where technologies and development engineering projects are coming together. The Philippines team is an experienced team with engaged and passionate people. This position reports to the Director, Procurement.

You will:

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and buying activities focused on general procurement services.
• Manage procurement activities across IT, HR, Facilities, and Warehouse services.
• Conduct RFx processes, including requests for quotation, bidding, proposal, and information.
• Facilitate contract management, including draft reviews, negotiation of the best terms, coordination, sign-off, and deployment.
• Oversee procurement governance, partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for requested services and goods, and support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budget planning by providing market information, benchmarking, and risk profiling.
• Manage supplier relationships to drive performance, reliability, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
• Drive cost optimization and savings programs to support the company's financial objectives and profitability targets, including second sourcing, conduct spend analysis, and identify sourcing opportunities.

We are looking for someone who has the following background and capabilities:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 2-4 years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience; preferably in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, automotive, or industrial environments.
