Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle OUAF/ORMB developer in Metro Manila to join our deployment teams. You will configure OUAF modules, implement ORMB processes, and develop Java-based logic for billing, payments, and ledger functions.

The role requires hands-on OUAF tooling, strong SQL/PL-SQL skills, and experience with Billing/Delinquency and ASO environments. You will work in a collaborative environment with responsibilities spanning design refinement and testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ORMB 5.0+ or CC&B experience within the OUAF Framework.
• At least 1 full-cycle ORMB/CC&B implementation project.
• Hands-on experience with OUAF configuration and customization.
• Experience in Billing, Payments, Collections, General Ledger, and ASO.

Responsibilities

• Translate business capabilities/technical design into smaller units (stories) - Refinement.
• Implement ORMB specific configuration and advanced setup around the ORMB process areas.
• Convert technical design specifications into high quality working code.
• Develop custom algorithms in Java for ORMB applications.
• Prepare unit test plans and unit test cases; perform unit testing.
• Provide documentation of developed programs; support internal system testing.

ORMB and OUAF Experience: 5+ Hands on experience in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) or Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) OUAF Framework, ORMB 5.0 or higher, in an implementation project. ASO (Administrative Services Only, or Self Funded) or
