Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines seeks an Oracle OUAF/ORMB engineer with 5+ years of hands-on ORMB 5.0+ or CC&B experience within the OUAF Framework. The role covers Billing, Payments, Collections, and General Ledger, with strong Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and Oracle Database skills.

Ideal candidates have at least one full-cycle ORMB/CC&B implementation, OUAF configuration expertise, and can translate designs into code, write unit tests, and support system testing.

Qualifications

5+ years of ORMB 5.0+ or CC&B experience within the OUAF Framework.
At least 1 full-cycle ORMB/CC&B implementation project.
Strong Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and Oracle Database skills.
Hands-on OUAF configuration and customization experience.
Experience in Billing, Payments, Collections, General Ledger, and ASO/Fully Insured environments.

Responsibilities

Translate business capabilities/technical design into smaller units (stories) – Refinement.
Implement ORMB-specific configuration and advanced setup around ORMB process areas.
Convert technical design specifications into high quality working code.
Develop custom algorithms in Java for ORMB applications.
Prepare unit test plans and unit test cases; perform unit testing.
Provide documentation and support during internal system testing.
