About the Role
The Card Risk Process Excellence Team is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the critical Card Controls Testing function and advance the Well‑Managed transformation. The role involves developing and executing a controls testing methodology aligned with the Enterprise Control Standard, evaluating the effectiveness of control activities, and collaborating across the Card organization and other lines of defense.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a people leader for a team of associates and non‑associates.
- Design, develop, and continuously evolve the Card controls testing methodology.
- Drive the program to evaluate the effectiveness of Card controls in adherence with the methodology.
- Partner cross‑functionally with program customers and assessors to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
- Provide strategic direction to project teams, peers, and stakeholders to drive results, solve problems, and influence outcomes.
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Further the Well‑Managed agenda within Card to drive sustainability, amplify simplification and automation, enable ownership & accountability through transparency, and strengthen the control ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in control testing or internal audit.
- Open to working in a hybrid set‑up; willing to work in Alabang; flexible with mid‑shift or night‑shift schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or MBA Degree.
- 3+ years of Corporate Management Consulting experience.
- 3+ years of Financial Services industry experience.
- 3+ years of regulatory compliance or credit experience.
- 3+ years of People Management experience.
- 5+ years of Risk Management experience.
- 5+ years of controls testing experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- PMP certification.
- Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
