Job summary

Ocean Spray in Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Development to lead the LT growth agenda for our anchor distributor.

You will collaborate with our business partner to identify new opportunities and develop commercial strategies to reach market goals. You will own the P&L for the Mexico Franchise, manage budgets and forecasts, and drive monthly sales delivery while guiding a cross-functional team across R&D, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or University Degree is required.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or P&L management.
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in food & beverages is a plus.

His/her focus will be to work in collaboration with our business partner to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop commercial strategies and develop strategic plans to achieve our business goals in the market.This position requires a high level of management at all levels within the organization to define a business ambition while at the same time ensure that business initiatives are thoroughly executed at the point of sale and at the same time lead business conversations around business value chain, becoming the ultimate responsible for the P&L of Ocean Spray within the distributor.The Franchise Sr. Manager fosters a collaborative work environment, empowering distributor’s commercial team to work seamlessly while inspiring, providing tools and benchmarks for them to pursue higher goals.
