Job summary

SUMEC PHILIPPINES seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead HV design for substations 230kV and above. You will provide expertise across primary and secondary HV systems, transformer and battery sizing, and grounding grid design, with hands-on work on AIS and GIS technologies.

Strong NGCP project exposure is a plus. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering and has 5+ years of relevant experience in HV substations, delivering reliable, code-compliant

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical designs and engineering of High-Voltage Substations from 230kV and above.
• Expert in primary and secondary aspects of high voltage systems.
• Extensive experience in both AIS and GIS technologies.
• Experience with transformer and battery bank sizing, cable and circuit breaker selection, grounding grid designs.
• Experience with NGCP projects is a strong advantage.
