Job summary

onsemi in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines invites a Facilities Engineer to oversee site utilities and facility operations, ensuring reliability for production and offices. You will manage HVAC, NVCA, PWS and all associated equipment onsite.

Collaborating with EHS and other departments, you will implement environmental protection programs, drive energy conservation, water treatment and fire protection measures across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and utility systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, NVCA, PWS and related equipment.
• Familiarity with EHS regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with manufacturing and equipment engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, NVCA, PWS and auxiliary equipment to ensure uninterrupted site utilities.
• Support maintenance of wastewater treatment, water systems, and fire protection systems.
• Drive continuous facilities improvements, energy savings and cost reductions.
• Coordinate with EHS and other departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Consult with production and equipment engineering for utility requirements in new/modified areas.

Job Description

Work with Facilities Manager to manage Facilities operations of the site.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) System, NVCA (Nitrogen, Vacuum & Compressed Dry Air) System, PWS (Power System) and all Auxiliary equipment for the uninterrupted supply of these utilities to the entire plant particularly production operation, general offices, and all other support areas.
• Supports the operations and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis/ Deionized Water System, Domestic Water System, Sewage Treatment Plant, Air Fume Scrubber and Fire Protection System.
• Oversees and implements continuous facilities improvements, orderly and safe central plant/machine rooms, and continuous facilities cost savings and energy conservation measures.
• Interfaces with environmental, health and safety (EHS) and other departments to develop programs that ensures regulatory compliance to all environmental protection procedures.
• Consults with manufacturing and equipment engineering personnel to determine utilities & environmental requirements for new or modified production areas.
