Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with Electrical/Mechanical focus and PRC license.
• 5+ years experience in Facilities & Maintenance in semiconductor/electronics or related to Facility & Building Management.
• Extensive knowledge in building and utilities operation and maintenance; knowledge of ESH compliance and implementations; familiarity with permits and licenses.
• Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong problem solving; able to work with minimal supervision; analytical and critical thinking.
• Leadership skills in planning, organizing and controlling equipment and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building and utilities operation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with ESH regulations and permit/license requirements.
• Coordinate with production on facility improvements and issue resolution.
