Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Materials Engineer to support ERP-driven builds, BOM management, and EC-controlled material control for prototyping through production ramps.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 3+ years of materials engineering experience, plus Oracle MRP familiarity and strong communication, prioritization, and MS Office skills.

• BS Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years related experience in Materials Engineering.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Review factory schedules and Build Plan to ensure demand and materials drive correct ERP entries.
• Attend critical Core Team Meetings prepared to discuss materials and documentation issues.
• Control purchase of unique/EC-controlled materials to support build plan for prototypes, pilot runs and ramp up until materials are stable.
• Process initial Bill of Material in ERP system.
• Coordinate with Design Team for BOM updates, ECO implementation and communication to Planning & MSR.
• Raise SRF for outgoing factory/customer shipments from Eastwood Engineering.
• Respond weekly to Factory Commodity team regarding go/no go of EC-controlled commodity assembly to prevent scrappage.
• Provide timely response to Planning's BOM exposure report to ensure cost/scrappage are accounted for.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Engineering course or equivalent
• At least 3+ years related experience in Materials Engineering
• Advanced MS Office skills > Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good written and communications skills
• Familiarity with Oracle MRP System
• Has initiative to solve problem and make decision in the most effective way.
• Self-motivated with good prioritization & organizational skills
