Transcom Worldwide (Philippines), Inc. is hiring a Senior BI Report Developer in Pasig to design and deliver enterprise BI reports and dashboards. You will translate business needs into technical specs, build dashboards, and support data warehousing initiatives across multiple sources.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor analysts, and drive ad hoc reporting. Onsite work and night shifts are required as part of operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in contact center reporting and BI development.
• Experience transforming business needs into technical reports and dashboards.
• Proficient with data warehouses and cross-source data integration.
• Strong data modeling knowledge and SDLC familiarity.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud, Looker, Data Studio, Python, SQL, BigQuery, Power BI.

Contribute to the success of the Business Intelligence and Reporting team by working or leading in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise or campaign level business intelligence reports. Determine reporting needs translating these into technical requirements, maintain databases, and create and recommend distribution of routine and ad-hoc tasks. This role aims to provide support to business units, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and create/deliver reports to management and operations. Additionally, the objective is to work on complex assignments, provide solutions, and make routine recommendations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analysis

• Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.

• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.

• Participate with other specialists to convert legacy reports to the enterprise BI solution.

• Design and build operational dashboard/s to enable business leaders with actionable information.

• Mastery of data visualization, data storytelling, and able to build effective and structured dashboards, infographics and data presentations.

• Build and maintain data warehouse/s

• Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.

Project Delivery

• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal users.

• Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team.

• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal users.

• Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.

• Provide training and assistance to users for generation of Ad Hoc reports.

• Alerts managers, as appropriate, when issues arise.

• Maintains consistent communication to enhance the support experience.

• Consistently demonstrates sound judgement.

• Serves as a contributor to project teams, extending assistance where necessary.

• Assists in implementing and maintaining operational processes to ensure compliance to Company policies, legal requirements and regulatory mandates.

Process Improvement

• Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your sphere of influence.

• Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes.

• Conduct daily huddles and regular meetings with team members to continuously communicate key information regarding changes to business and/or policies and procedures.

• Mentor other analysts and guide through specific projects.

• Improves quality results by recommending changes as needed in accordance with project requirements.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

Educational Background:

• Preferably college graduate of a technical or business course and from a reputable institution.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of Contact Center experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards, including but not limited to:
• Working with users in a requirements analysis role
• Extensive experience with data warehouse implementations
• Knowledge of logical modeling concepts.
• Programming/scripting experience and knowledge of software development life cycle is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, Looker, Data Studio, Google App Scripts, Python, SQL, Big Query, Power BI and understanding of RPA solutions.
• Expert on using MS Excel, VBA Macro and charting principles.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries required.
• Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures.
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams.
• Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Requires leadership qualities to mentor junior members of the team.
• Amenable for Onsite set-up and night shift work schedule
