Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Associate, S&P FIBO Settlements to support high-volume triparty collateral management and settlement activities, ensuring accurate processing across multiple cash accounts.

You will work closely with Front Office and operations partners in a fast-paced, international banking environment, focusing on liquidity monitoring, settlement accuracy, and timely processing of collateral and funding activities.

We are looking for a Sr. Associate, S&P FIBO Settlements to join a dynamic Triparty Collateral Management team. In this role, you will support high-volume repo and settlement activities, collaborate closely with key stakeholders, and help ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing across multiple cash accounts.

This role is essential in supporting funding activities by ensuring accurate trade matching, collateral allocation and substitution, liquidity monitoring, and timely settlement. You will work closely with Front Office and operational partners in a fast-paced, international banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate triparty processing and settlement through the BNY Mellon AccessEdge system.
• Monitor timely trade matching and promptly report unmatched trades or discrepancies.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office partners to resolve trade and settlement issues.
• Monitor and process General Collateral Finance repo transactions.
• Process DTCC collateral pledges and substitutions.
• Monitor liquidity across cash accounts to support successful trade settlements.
• Calculate and communicate end-of-day triparty collateral requirements to the Front Office.
• Calculate and instruct daily interest payments for repo transactions.
• Reconcile triparty positions between Front Office and Back Office systems.
• Investigate and resolve rate discrepancies, balance differences, and processing issues.
• Follow established operating procedures, controls, and compliance policies.
