Responsibilities

For this internship, we are looking for rising Juniors who would like to create a long-term career with Keysight in a supply chain procurement environment. This internship is for full-time work during the summer of 2026. Continued part-time work prior to graduation may be possible. The primary job location for this summer internship is Santa Rosa, CA. This internship will greatly grow both your procurement skills & professional relationships and will be focused on data analytics.

Qualifications

Candidates who wish to be considered must be enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2026. Applicants who have graduated before September 2026 will not be considered unless they are entering/applying to a MS or PHD program after graduating.

Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates who now or at any point in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B Visa status) may not be considered.

California Pay Range: USD $23.37-$25.17/hour

Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.

  • Plans, organizes and conducts activities in the warehouse for the purpose of ensuring availability and efficient distribution of stocks and materials.
  • Manages warehouse and all satellite locations for the purpose of maintaining required inventory levels, an organized stock layout and safe work environment.

  • Manage team member's performance and manage development processes, versatility matrix & training.
  • Lead improvements to the process, perform root cause and corrective actions through Core and other tools.
  • Lead discussions with Seating Sites, Regional buyers and other Collins Aerospace BUs on processes and procedures as well as material enablement.

About the job:

  • Oversee purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of quality goods and services.
  • Manage inventory to meet targets, prevent shortages, and ensure accurate stock records and proper storage.

About you:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a Senior Supply Chain or Logistics leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in project management and core supply chain functions, including inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams toward performance goals.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of PEZA, Customs regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9000, ISO 14000, TS is an advantage.
