Job summary

RTX is seeking a Supply Chain-Indirect professional to lead sourcing for assigned commodities in the Tanauan area, Philippines. The role involves strategic supplier management, cost analyses, and contract processes to support Collins Aerospace initiatives.

The successful candidate will work on-site in Tanauan City, Batangas, with 3–5 years in supply chain and proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or Business course.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain-Indirect.
• Willing to work on-site in Tanauan City Batangas.
• MS Office knowledge required; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing on assigned commodity and manage supplier relationships.
• Create long-range strategy for supplier capabilities, spend, quality and delivery.
• Provide competitive analysis, market assessments and industry analysis to support decisions.
• Perform cost analysis and lead price negotiations with suppliers.
• Oversee supplier bidding and contract processes to ensure compliance.
• Ensure NDA, vendor accreditation and dynamic screening requirements are met.
• Interpret technical drawings and supplier proposals, including terms like Incoterms and lead times.
• Support business unit projects with timely responses to internal and external customers.

• Responsible on Sourcing on assigned commodity.
• Create the long-range strategy (Supplier capabilities, spend, quality and delivery) on their respective commodity handled.
• Provide competitive analysis, market assessments and industry analysis to support strategy and partnership decisions.
• Responsible for cost analysis and price negotiation.
• Responsible on supplier bidding and contract process.
• Compliance on the company policies in (Vendor accreditation).
• Compliance on the NDA requirement and process.
• Compliance on the Dynamic screening requirement and process.
• Understand and interpret Technical drawing
• Understand, supplier proposal (Inco-term, warranty, lead time, origin and special rates charging).
• Understand EHS requirement for Chemical commodity. (Philippine Regulation – RA6969.Consequences of non-compliance Process of chemical evaluation and permitting).
• Support projects of the business unit.
• Responsible to provide timely response to internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering or Business course
• 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain-Indirect
• Basic to advance knowledge with MS office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• SAP Knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Tanauan City Batangas
