What success looks like in this role:

• Identifies, evaluates, and monitors real estate investments, both existing and proposed.
• Supports various aspects of acquisition, disposition, and development/redevelopment of real estate assets, including financial analysis and reporting.
• Performs professional due diligence for projects, including data room analysis.
• Gathers and synthesizes market data to assist in investment underwriting and strategic decisions.
• Organizes information to support dealings with third parties such as brokers, bankers, and partners.
• Contributes to the evaluation, negotiation, and closing of real estate transactions.
• Maintains financial data within the transaction and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
