Job summary

Netskope in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator to own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our FP&A platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our Finance and IT teams, ensuring that our Adaptive Planning environment is accurate, scalable, and fully aligned with our strategic forecasting goals.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years hands-on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights).
• Strong proficiency with OfficeConnect and building complex formulas within Adaptive.
• Experience managing data integrations using Adaptive Integration Platform (AIP) or tools like MuleSoft/Boomi is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of core financial and accounting concepts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgeting and forecasting).

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Configuration: Manage day-to-day operations of Workday Adaptive Planning; build and maintain complex models, sheets, dimensions, attributes, and versions.
• Data Integration & Quality: Oversee data pipelines between Workday Adaptive and core systems; monitor logs and ensure data integrity.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain dashboards, OfficeConnect reports, and HTML reports for executives and department heads.
• User Support & Security: Manage user roles, security groups, and access; provide training and support to finance and leadership teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with releases; test and implement enhancements to optimize performance.
• Collaboration: Work with FP&A, Accounting, HR, and IT to translate requirements into scalable architecture.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator to own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our Finance and IT teams, ensuring that our Adaptive Planning environment is accurate, scalable, and fully aligned with our strategic forecasting goals. You will be the primary point of contact for system updates, data integrations, user access, and reporting builds, helping our finance team move faster and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration & Configuration: Manage the day-to-day operations of Workday Adaptive Planning. Build and maintain complex financial models, sheets (modeled, cube, and personnel), dimensions, attributes, and versions.
• Data Integration & Quality: Oversee data pipelines between Workday Adaptive and core source systems (e.g., Workday ERP/HCM, Salesforce, NetSuite, or data warehouses). Monitor integration logs, troubleshoot data load failures, and ensure strict data integrity.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, OfficeConnect reports, and HTML reports for executive leadership and department heads.
• User Support & Security: Manage user roles, security groups, and access permissions. Provide training and ongoing technical support to end-users across the finance and leadership teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Workday Adaptive Planning releases and new features. Evaluate, test, and implement system enhancements to optimize performance and usability.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, HR, and IT teams to translate evolving business requirements into scalable system architecture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–4+ years of hands‑on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights).
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with OfficeConnect and building complex formulas within Adaptive. Experience managing data integrations using Adaptive Integration Platform (AIP) or tools like MuleSoft/Boomi is highly preferred.
• Financial Literacy: A solid understanding of core financial and accounting concepts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgeting, and forecasting cycles).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting data discrepancies and complex model logic.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex technical layouts into plain language for finance users, and vice-versa.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Official Workday Adaptive Planning training or certifications.
• Experience working in a broader Workday ecosystem (Workday Financials or Workday HCM).
• Familiarity with writing SQL queries or working with relational databases.
