Job summary

Netskope is seeking an AI Process Analyst who will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounting, Finance, HR, and Support to reimagine workflows in an AI-native way.

You will build unified, persona-based experiences using AI-built applications and autonomous agents that leverage our enterprise systems, with a focus on eliminating manual steps and improving adoption.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience connecting business needs with technology.
• Understanding of enterprise systems and data movement between objects.
• Ability to translate business goals into AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and reimagine processes with AI.
• Develop AI-driven applications and autonomous agents that synthesize tasks into a persona-based experience.

The AI Process Analyst sits at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technology. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounting, Finance, HR, and Support to deeply understand their objectives and reimagine existing workflows in an AI-native manner. Your goal is to move beyond incremental improvements, building unified, persona‑based experiences consisting of AI‑built applications and autonomous agents that leverage our core enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leads to identify pain points and document current‑state processes with an eye for transformation.
• Workflow Reimagining: Challenge the status quo by reimagining how work gets done when AI is the primary driver rather than an afterthought.
• Agent & App Development: Build and deploy AI‑driven applications and autonomous agents that consolidate fragmented tasks into a singular, persona‑based experience.
• Systems Orchestration: Ensure AI experiences effectively connect to and utilize our enterprise tech stack — specifically Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday — as the primary Data of Record (DoR).
• Cross‑Functional Translation: Act as the bridge between technical possibilities and business realities, ensuring AI solutions provide tangible value and high adoption rates.
