NYGC Services Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a FSSC Junior Accountant – General Ledger to join the Finance Shared Services team. The role focuses on GL activities, journal entries, and reconciliations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or commerce with 10 years of relevant experience; CPA is preferred. You will work shifting schedules, including Europe hours, and contribute to budgeting, financial reporting, and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Ledger (GL) team in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with closing transactions and financial reporting.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly P&L estimates/consolidation.
• Review and validate financial data including Sales, Cost of Sales, IT and S&M expenses.
• Prepare Actual vs. Estimate reports and perform variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and investigate variances.
• Prepare financial schedules, reports and analysis for business users.
• Support monthly BSC reporting and reporting timelines.
• Provide documentation and analysis for external audits.
• Coordinate with local finance teams to resolve outstanding variances.
