Job summary

Med-Metrix, LLC is seeking an SQL Database Developer in Metro Manila to analyze, develop SSIS projects, create custom reports, and collaborate on SQL issues with the data team.

You will design and maintain database objects, write efficient queries, support ad hoc data requests, and help with capacity planning while ensuring HIPAA-compliant data handling and security practices.

The role requires strong problem solving, communication, and a solid MS SQL background.

Qualifications

• BSCS with 3+ years MS SQL experience.
• Strong understanding of database structures and practices.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL code and design procedures, functions, and indexes.
• Experience with MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2014; SSIS/SSRS a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop SSIS projects for ETL, transmission, encryption, and archiving processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain database tables, stored procedures, and related objects.
• Build and support operational reports for company and clients.
• Provide data support, resolve recurring problems, and document architecture and processes.
• Develop SQL queries and respond to ad hoc data requests; assist with capacity planning.
• Ensure changes comply with Change Management and HIPAA security standards.
