Customer Engagement: Greet and assist players, manage queries, and promote coaching, tournaments, and events. Build strong relationships to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff schedules to ensure excellent service. Motivate your team to meet operational goals.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track revenue, and control expenses. Generate performance reports to optimize results.
Marketing & Events: Plan and promote tournaments, leagues, and events. Leverage social media and outreach to enhance visibility and participation.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure health and safety standards are followed, and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe environment.
Community Building: Collaborate with schools, clubs, and coaches to expand Padels reach. Foster engagement through consistent communication and updates.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: Degree in sports management, business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Facility or sports management experience is a plus.
Skills: Leadership, communication, financial savvy, and a passion for sports.
