Job summary

Asian Hospital and Medical Center seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients across all ages with articulation, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders. You will use specialized assessments and evidence-based treatment approaches within hospital policies and ethics, aligned to Joint Commission International Standards.

The role requires a BS in Speech Pathology or BS in Speech-Language Pathology and PRC licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Speech Pathology or BS Speech-Language Pathology.
• Registered with the Philippine PRC, Board of Speech Language Pathology.
• Position Category: On-Call

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages with articulation, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders using specialized assessment tools and evidence-based techniques.
• Deliver healthcare services in accordance with Hospital policies, procedures, standards and professional ethics.
• Comply with Joint Commission International Standards and hospital guidelines.

Job description

This role evaluates and treats patients with articulation/speech language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly. Evaluates using specialized assessment tools and utilizes evidence-based treatment techniques specific to Speech pathology. Delivers healthcare services in accordance to Hospital policies, procedures, standards, work instructions, guidelines, and professional ethics set forth by the Hospital and in compliance with the Joint Commission International Standards
